 Kadai-Paneer is very popular in Indian food. Paneer is cooked by adding capsicum and many aromatic spices to Tangi gravy. Kadai-Paneer is a dish which likes both non-veg and vegetarian. If there is a dinner party at your house then you can also add it to your menu.

Ingredients for making kadai paneer:

The taste of this food great and equally, it is easy to make it. Paneer pieces are poured into the gravy prepared with tomatoes and spices. Due to curd, the gravy gets a little tangy flavor.

Kadai-Paneer Recipe Ingredients:

500 grams of paneer, fried

3-4 pieces green chillies, chopped into pieces

1 tsp spoon ginger paste

1/2 tsp Yogurt

1/4 cup of oil

2 tsp cumin seeds

2 pieces bay leaf

1/2 tsp turmeric

1 table spoon salt

1/2 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

1 table spoon coriander powder,

1 table spoon coriander leaves, grater

Recipe for making kadai-paneer

Heat the oil and add cumin and bay leaf in it.

When cumin seeds begin to crack, add ginger paste and fry until light brown.

Now add curd, turmeric, salt, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder and fry until the oil separates.

Now add paneer and green chilli and fry it on high flame, until the paneer mixes well with the spices.

Arrange the Kadai-paneer with green coriander and serve it.
