1. Vegetable Toast

2 medium size boiled potatoes, 1 cup mix vegetables, red chili powder, Salt and chat Masala, and little chopped green coriander, mix them all and keep apart. Cut bread into four parts. Bread can be cut in any shape as desired.(Tiffin Recipes For Kids)

Take a piece of bread and mix the vegetable mixture on both sides. Apply oil in a nonstick pan and take toast on both sides. Put hot-hot toast in Tiffin with tomato sauce.(Tiffin Recipes For Kids)

2. Chapati Wraps

To make it, you can use leftover Roti and dry vegetables.

Heat the oil in the pan and fry one potato, Paneer, onion and capsicum and fry it. Mix the spices according to the taste and fry for 1-2 minutes. Put green coriander and flame it out. 3. Hang curd sandwich

Wrap the curd into a cloth and drain the water. Keep in mind that yogurt is not sour. Add finely chopped capsicum, onions and tomatoes (seeds extracted) and grated carrots to curd. Add oregano, red or black pepper powder, salt, chat Masala in it.

4. Stuffed Parathas

According to the children’s choice, you can make potatoes, gourd, mix vegetables, paneer, onions etc. Mix all ingredients according to your kids taste, and Fill the flour in the dough and roll it. Bake with ghee. With tomato sauce Put in Tiffin.(Tiffin Recipes For Kids)

5. Magic Idli

Deep fry the Leftover Idli in length or in square pieces. You can, heat 1-2 tsp oil in the pan and fry the idli lightly. Add pavbhaji masala, chat masala, salt or idli masala (readymade) as per taste. Remove from flame and put it in Tiffin.(Tiffin Recipes For Kids)

6. Mini Cutlet

Boil potatoes, green peas, carrots, onions and french beans. Drain extra water and Mash them. Mix ginger-garlic paste, green chili (optional), salt and bread crumb, make it tikki shape. Salt flour mixed with solution or immersed in egg slurry. Then roll it again in the bread crumb or semolina and deep fry it. Give it with tomato sauce.(Tiffin Recipes For Kids)

7. Oats pancake / Dosa

Mix 1 cup oats powder, half cup of rice powder, half cup curd, asafoetida, salt, black pepper powder, cumin seeds, and water according to need and Make a solution. Cover for 15-20 minutes. Take 1/4 tsp ENO Fruit Salt and mix it. Put the solution in a nonstick pan and make Dosa or pancakes.(Tiffin Recipes For Kids)

8. Curd rice

Mix baked rice with salt, finely chopped cucumber, green coriander, green chilies (optional) and tomatoes. Give it with mustard sauce or Curry leaves Snuff, into Tiffin.(Tiffin Recipes For Kids)

9. Suji Balls

Make medium size balls by adding 1 cup semolina, half cup curd, grated carrots and cheese, salt, black pepper powder. Put the batter in the lubricated appam stand and cook it.

10. Fried Rice

Heat 2 tsp oil in the pan and put the mix vegetables and fry the sterle. Put boiled rice, salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce or vinegar, fry for 1-2 minutes. Take off the flame and let it cool down and put it in Tiffin.(Tiffin Recipes For Kids)
